More than just the tennis
Lyttelton is a club people stay at. Matches spill over into the clubhouse afterwards, and newcomers get pulled into a doubles set soon enough.
You don't need a partner and you don't need to be any good. Turn up, say hello, and someone will put you on a court.

Fees run per calendar year and can be paid in full or in two halves. A once-off entry fee applies when you first join.
Full member
R2 400 / year
- Play any day, weekends included
- Or R1 200 × 2 (Jan–Jun, Jul–Dec)

Weekday member

- Weekday play
- Or R600 × 2 (Jan–Jun, Jul–Dec)

How to join
- Download and fill in the application form.
- Send the completed form back to the club — details are on the form.
- Pay your fees into the club account, using your name and surname as the reference. Banking details are on the form.
- Once payment is in, come and play. Fees must be paid before your first club activity.
Playing league as well? Members register themselves with GNTA on SportyHQ, and TSA fees are paid directly by members.

How payment works
- Pay in full, or in two instalments — before 31 January for Jan–Jun, and before 30 June for Jul–Dec.
- Fees must be paid before playing in any club activity.
- Use your name and surname as the payment reference. Banking details are on the application form.
League & affiliation
- The club plays in the Gauteng North Tennis Association (GNTA) leagues.
- Members register themselves for GNTA on SportyHQ.
- Tennis South Africa (TSA) fees are paid by members directly.
